Our Story

Bishop & Dice Defense LLC was founded by Scott Bishop and Dr. Tony Dice, two longtime friends who share a passion for supporting veterans, active-duty military, law enforcement, first responders, and their communities. That passion led to a company built to care for both the mind and the body: behavioral health services alongside mission-critical defense equipment, all under one roof.

Our Mission

We provide behavioral health services and mission-critical product solutions to keep our Operators, Warfighters, Law Enforcement, First Responders, and Veterans in the fight. Every program we build, clinical or tactical, is culturally competent, evidence-based, and delivered by people with military, spec-war, or law enforcement backgrounds of their own.

ABOUT SCOTT BISHOP

Scott Bishop is a seasoned defense industry executive with more than 30 years of experience supporting the U.S. military, Special Operations, law enforcement, and first responder communities. As Founder and President of Bishop & Dice Defense, he combines strategic leadership, operational expertise, and a deep commitment to veteran advocacy to deliver integrated solutions that strengthen both human resilience and mission readiness. Throughout his career, Scott has built trusted partnerships across government and the private sector while creating meaningful opportunities and support for wounded warriors, veterans, and those serving in high-risk environments.

ABOUT DR. DICE

Dr. Tony Dice is a clinical therapist, nationally recognized counselor, trainer, and presenter. A former Firefighter, Paramedic, and U.S. Navy SEAL, he's in a unique position to understand and articulate the gap between conventional counseling and the culture of "those who serve." Based in Virginia Beach, VA, he operates a veteran, military, law enforcement, and first responder intensive outpatient program and is recognized as a leading addiction specialist and Subject Matter Expert in PTSD, suicide, and substance abuse. He previously served as Mental Health Director at EVMS's Ambulatory Care Center, and is currently an adjunct professor at Old Dominion University. He is also the creator of the Holistic Change Model (HC-Mod), his proprietary framework for bridging the gap between tactical performance and clinical mental health. His own experience as a therapist, paramedic, firefighter, military servicemember, husband, and father of five has given him a unique understanding of the human condition.
